A $50 fee is incorporated into every transaction and is nonrefundable. If you need to withdraw from a class for any reason, please reach out to your instructor as soon as possible. Students who withdraw 72 hours before the first day of the semester will be refunded the class cost minus the fee. Changes made afterward will only be refunded as future class credit.

We understand life happens and are willing to accommodate. If you are going to miss a class, please contact your instructor as soon as possible. In a 7-week course, students are allowed one makeup class. To makeup a class, students are allowed to attend any pre-existing scheduled class. In a 4-week course, makeup classes are not allowed. Rollovers into the next semester are not permitted. Refunds are not possible for absences.

Most of our classes, unless specified as “Intro” or “Intermediate” are catered towards a large range of students from all experience levels.

When you first enter Glenbrook Industrial Park, you will see a few spots labeled “Studio Andreas.” You are welcome to park there. If those spots are taken, feel free to head into the back parking lot and find a spot that is unlabeled. Textiles and Woodworking Students are encouraged to park in the front for easier navigation to the studios. Ceramic students are encouraged to park in the back lot to find the studio easier.
