Woodworking Classes with Mark Andreas and Herb Thomas

This 5-week course introduces the fundamentals of woodworking, with a focus on safe and proper use of tools such as saws, chisels, gouges, scrapers, and hand planes. Our classes are designed for students to develop the mastery of woodworking. Our classes are specifically designed to accommodate students of all levels of woodworking experience. Students typically begin with two foundational projects: carving a wooden spoon and building a small keepsake box. As students become more comfortable with hand tools and studio equipment, they are encouraged to take on more complex projects. Each semester is priced at $395 for 5 weekly classes, unless stated.
