“My Tuesday class is just a part of my rituals now. It makes me happy! The community is great, Mark is awesome and very knowledgeable. I’ve been working on a table for a while and it’s finally done.”

Maybe you're curious about woodworking. Maybe you're looking for a place to create. Or maybe you just want to try something new with your hands. We’re honored to be featured in Moffly Media—read more about what we’re building.

At Studio Andreas, the process matters just as much as the product. Working with your hands slows you down, connects you to the material, and quiets the mind. Whether you're carving wood, shaping clay, or weaving fiber, our studio is a space where you can step away from the noise of the world and focus on something real. We’re here to help you make art—at your own pace and with the support of our community.

In a fast world, making something by hand is a quiet rebellion. That’s the heart of what we do here.

Three Studios.

One Community.

  • We teach the fundamentals of woodworking and safe tool use. Beginners start with projects like carving a spoon or crafting a keepsake box, building confidence with hand tools. Once you’ve learned the basics, you can take on more advanced, personalized projects. Offerings include weekly group classes and private lessons.

  • The world of fabric design comes to life in our Textile Arts studio. Students are guided through the rhythmic flow of yarn spinning and the meditative art of weaving. Beginners start on a frame loom to learn the interplay of warp and weft, and later advance to larger floor looms.

  • The Ceramics Studio is a space for hands-on discovery, where form meets function at the potter’s wheel. Students learn foundational wheel-throwing and hand-building techniques as they explore the possibilities of clay. Each class moves at a thoughtful pace, emphasizing both skill-building and creative expression.
